By placing an order through our website, you acknowledge and accept the terms described below regarding returns and refunds. If you need to send an order back, our return guidelines are explained clearly for your ease and understanding.  

Eligibility for Returns  

Items must be unused, unwashed, and maintained in their original condition, with all tags, labels, and packaging fully intact.  

  • Please ensure that all tags, labels, and boxes are returned exactly as they were received.  
  • Any product that has been worn, washed, or modified in any manner will not qualify for a return.  
  • Return requests must be raised within 48 hours from the date of delivery. To begin the process, contact our customer service team within this specified period.  
  • Products that fail to satisfy these conditions will not be accepted for return.  

How to Initiate a Return  

Step 1: Initiate a Request    

Email your return request, including your Order ID and the reason for the return, to info@dailydealzs.com.  

Step 2: Share Supporting Photos    

If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, attach clear images showing the concern to help us review and process your request quickly.  

Step 3: Follow the Return Instructions    

After your return request is approved, we will provide you with the necessary instructions to complete the return procedure.  

We reserve the right to decline any return that does not comply with the above-mentioned guidelines.  

Refund Process & Timeline  

After we receive the returned product, our team will conduct an inspection to verify that it meets the return conditions. You will be informed whether your refund request has been approved or declined. If approved, the refund amount will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. A confirmation email will be sent to you once the refund transaction has been successfully completed.  

Partial Refund Guidelines  

If an item only partially meets the return requirements (for example, minor damage or missing original packaging), a partial refund may be issued at our sole discretion, depending on the condition of the returned product.  

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product  

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, you must initiate a return request within 48 hours of delivery. Please share clear photos or videos of the issue via email so that we can review and resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
