Order Cancellation Before Shipment
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before it has been shipped, whichever occurs first.

Orders Already Shipped
After an order has been shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation. However, you may request a return after the product has been delivered, in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Order Modification
At present, we do not provide the option to modify items or change the delivery address once an order has been successfully placed. If changes are required, you must cancel the order (if eligible) and place a new one.
